fractured faces confront one another across a narrow fault line, their features
constructed from sharp, geometric planes. Cool blues on the left press against
heated reds and greens on the right, while a strip of yellow between them
suggests both division and connection. The small house motifs embedded within
each figure root the tension in shared territory and lived space. Rather than
depicting opposition outright, the work lingers in the charged stillness of
proximity—difference rendered intimate, unresolved, and human.
