Todd Goldman takes the healthiest place imaginable and gives it a suspiciously good happy hour. Bright vegetables, chunky black outlines and tiny pints turn the familiar salad bar into a wonderfully silly neighbourhood pub where even the broccoli looks like a regular. The cheerful simplicity of the scene makes the tomato’s horrified expression — and that perfectly timed “Bloody Mary” — even funnier. Leave it to Todd to make eating your vegetables look considerably less responsible.
